POST HIKE:
On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, we gathered off Cleveland Hill Road to walk the cross-country trails along Mill Brook. It was a popular hike, and many showed up! The impetus for some was to see an area in Tamworth they had not been to before. And as usual, the prime motivator was to ‘Go Hike with Friends.’ We meandered down a wide trail out to a beautiful bridge over Mill Brook and bore right towards Bunker Hill Road. The peaceful and attractive brook was high from Friday night’s rain. Later we returned the same way, pausing on a hill with a pastoral view before we walked back to our vehicles.
Join us for our next hike, weather permitting.
