To Our Patients,
We are happy to announce that our Tamworth Community Nurse Association (TCNA) office is now open via the back door of the building.
In preparation for your visit we have:
Enhanced our regular cleaning and sanitation practices, including disinfecting the exam room and equipment after each patient.
Provided hand sanitizer for patients, visitors, and staff throughout the office.
Enforced staff members who are sick to stay home until cleared by a medical doctor.
Limited the number of people allowed in our exam room in compliance with CDC recommendations and allowed patients to wait in their vehicles.
Monitored updates from local and national health agencies to ensure health and safety protocols are diligently followed.
We ask for patient cooperation regarding the following:
Patients, prior to entry, will be asked a series of COVID-19 screening questions, and a temperature check.
Patients must bring their own protective wear masks to preserve the TCNA’s limited supply.
We are still offering curbside services and home visits for those unable to come to the office.
All patients must call 323-8511 upon arrival and wait in vehicle.
