  • Balanced meals with healthy portions plus fruit or dessert, and 1% or whole milk
  • Low-sodium, low-sugar (diabetic) options
  • Convenient daily hot meal delivery and the same great meals frozen or bagged for the weekend. ​

To start receiving Meals on Wheels, or to find out if Meals on Wheels is right for you, phone the Tamworth Community Nurse's office at 603-323-8511.  We can answer any questions you might have, and get an application out to you ASAP. 
 
Meals on Wheels is a free service.  Tamworth residents over the age of 60 qualify to receive meals automatically.  Folks under 60 who find it difficult to leave home, or have difficulty making their own meals at home also qualify. 

Receive meals on a permanent basis, or for a short term, for instance, while recovering from a medical procedure, or a fall.
