Delivering More Than a Meal
Volunteering to deliver Meals on Wheels is a great way to make a huge impact in a short amount of time.

Most folks volunteer one day a week; some help out 2 or 3 or even 5 days a week.  It's up to you.  And don't worry -- there are other volunteers  who can fill in for you for vacations or appointments, or if you're not quite feeling up to snuff.
New volunteers are trained by existing volunteers, in ride-alongs where you will learn the route, and be introduced to meal recipients, who are always gracious and grateful.

The Meals on Wheels volunteer day starts between 10:30 am and 11:00 am and is typically done between Noon and 1:00 pm, depending on the length and location of your route.

Call or email your local contact, above, to find out more.  And thanks for considering being a Meals on Wheels volunteer.
