Julie Lanoie, RN, MA
Executive Director
Julie Lanoie grew up in the Mount Washington Valley and has worked locally as a nurse in community and homecare settings for much of her career, most recently with a focus on hospice and palliative care. She studied nursing at Rivier College and holds a Masters degree in Counseling from Antioch University. She was a Vermonter for a while, where she worked in community mental health prior to returning to NH fifteen years ago to support loved ones through extended periods of advanced illness and end-of-life at home. She believes community is the heart of health and is excited to join TCNA to build upon the dedicated work of her predecessor, Jo Anne Rainville.

Susan Davison, RN
Nurse
Susan is a lifelong resident of Tamworth. She attended nursing school in Berlin, NH at White Mountain Community College, worked for White Mountain Community Health Center until the opportunity arose to join Conway Elementary School, where she worked as a school nurse until retiring in 2022. She and her husband Harry raised three children and now have two grandchildren. She enjoys working part-time which enables her to spend time traveling with her husband and exploring other areas of the country. She joined the TCNA team in July of 2025.

Paul Priestman
Secretary
Paul Priestman provides secretarial support to the director, nursing staff, board, and visiting patients and coordinates the Tamworth Meals on Wheels program.

Ellen Blanchard, RN
Nurse
Born and raised in New York City, Ellen has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hunter College / Bellevue School of Nursing, and a Masters in Public Health from UNH. She began her career in Psychiatric Nursing, and following relocation to NH, worked in a variety of positions at Memorial Hospital, Visiting Nurse Services, and Primary Care, until coming to the Kenneth A Brett School. She spent 24 years in School Nursing until retiring in June of 2022. She is the current secretary of the White Mountain Community Health Center Board of Directors. She joined TCNA in June of 2025. She lives in Conway with her husband and has two grown children and five grandchildren.

Brian Irwin, DO
TCNA Medical Director
Dr. Irwin is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship and residency through the Maine-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency program.
He is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, an award bestowed upon few who have distinguished themselves through service to family medicine, advancement of health care, and by professional development through medical education and research.
