Meals on Wheels is a neighborhood service that delivers fresh nutritious meals directly to your door allowing you to live independently in your own home.

In partnership with the Salvation Army we are involved with temporary shelter and feeding programs for the residents of Tamworth. The Salvation Army is the single largest provider of social services of its kind within the United States.

Created in 1971, RSVP recruits volunteers 55 or older to lend their time and expertise in our community. They creates unique programs matching the diverse talents of volunteers with the specific critical needs of the nonprofit community.

An initiative of Granite United Way. With the help of the Public Health Advisory Council, CP3H identifies regional public health priorities based on assessments of community health and encourages the implementation of evidence-based programs, practices and policies to advance the coordination of services among community partners and promotion of community engagement on public health issues.

VNHCH provide a wide range of services in the home including skilled nursing and wound care, homemaker and home health care, long term care, medical social services, hospice and palliative care, and physical, speech and occupational therapy for a fee.

Central VNA offers home care (nursing and rehabilitation services in the home); Pediatric Care (direct health care, education and support services for children and families); and a comprehensive, team-based Hospice program for a fee.
