Good food, friends, fun, and frivolity can be found at The Preserve's new barn where it is warm, inviting and ready with open arms to bring us all together. Kimball & Neysa Packard of The Farmstand, are Cooking! Becky Riley of Pianoforte will be serenading us with festive holiday tunes followed by a spirited sing-along of some of your seasonal favorites.
Here is the mouthwatering menu:
Start with a scrumptious Salad and house made traditional dressing.
Followed by some heartwarming Cream of Winter Vegetable Soup - made with the fall bounty from the garden, butternut squash, parsnips, potatoes, onion, leeks, carrots, celery to name a few of the ingredients
Main entre choice:
Roast Prime Rib of Beef: mashed potatoes, with maple roasted butternut squash
Haddock: Asian style w/ ginger, soy, sesame, served with basmati rice and sautéed baby bok choy
Chicken Cacciatore: a family recipe. tomato sauce with NH Mushroom Co, mushrooms, peppers, onions, over linguine
Vegetarian Dish: Mushroom Cacciatore, substituting NH Mushroom Company mushrooms for the chicken
Fruit Cobbler for Dessert
