and in the homes of those who cannot come to visit us.

Meals on Wheels
Some of TCNA's hard-working volunteers are planning to take vacations after a long winter of delivering Meals on Wheels.
Help them get that break by delivering healthy meals to our neighbors in need as a substitute driver.
Learn the ropes this month -- just one Meals on Wheels ride-along with an experienced volunteer is usually all it takes -- and we'll let you know in advance when there are volunteer needs, and you can decide if that fits your schedule for that day.
Or start a regular weekly routine. Just two hours out of the middle of the day, once a week, is all it takes to make a big difference in your community.
