An Advanced Directive names the person you want to be your voice for future health care choices if you are ever unable to speak for yourself.
This small group session is free and open to everyone in the region.

Jointly sponsored by TCNA and the Visiting Nurse Home Care & Hospice of Carroll County and Western Maine, you should consider attending if you want to support your loved ones with understanding your healthcare preferences by putting them on paper; if you already have an Advanced Directive but want to review it to make sure it reflects your current preferences; or have questions about the difference between Healthcare Power of Attorney, Living Wills, and Do Not Resuscitate Orders.
