GUIDE
Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience
GUIDE provides care navigation, caregiver education, and support to help people living with dementia remain safely at home. Eligible caregivers may receive up to $2,500 annually for respite services to help reduce caregiver burnout.
Visitors from the Mount Washington Valley Adult Day Center, a day program supporting individuals living with dementia and other long-term conditions, will visit TCNA to provide an overview of Adult Day Center services and how GUIDE supports caregivers and families in our community.
